Jason Mraz and the Results of Driving Drunk

Let me start off by saying a couple things first..

No, I was not driving drunk. The guy that flew off the interstate at 65mph, totaling his car in a small forest, all after taking out a couple construction drums was. Ya. All of this happened right in front of me on my way home from a concert Saturday night. It was like witnessing a live action sequence from a Die Hard movie, complete with high speed, airborn vehicles.

Secondly, I'm posting this from my phone on lunch (isn't technology wonderful?) so if something looks strange, Apple would be the culprit.

Anyways, the concert was the best concert I've ever been to. Jason Mraz, Howie Day, and Anya Marina (which I am in love with now, by the way... If you visit my site, one of the songs she did is now on the playlist). Mr. Mraz is such an entertainer that he can easiy transform the most timid introvert into the dancing fool who is giving high fives to complete strangers. Oh, and he did a nice version of Mr. Curiousity that simply blew my mind. He is much more talented than people (myself included) think. As far as Howie Day, he may be one of the best songwriters in the music industry at the time. You have heard his work, you probably just don't recognize his name. Ever heard the song "Collide" that plays on just about every radio station I can think of? That's Howie Day.

And then there's Anya. Former actress (100 Girls, anyone?) turned musician who has had her music featured on a little show called "Grey's Anatomy". There really is no way to describe her, so just check her out. I'm guessing you'll love her or hate her. I for one, am in love.

Lunch is over. Time to work.

One Love,
Joshua
